Useful accessible sign posting on toilets?

OK, I am lucky enough not to have a disability and I don’t know anyone that uses a wheelchair to ask if this really is a good thing. But it looks a like a good thing? I think if the signage were being even more accessible it should include braille too - but I wasn’t looking for that, and maybe 2/3rds of the way up the door isn’t the best place for braille…

Until I saw this sign it had never occurred to me that it might need sign posting.

(The loos were in a far better state than the signs!)
